Engages in research, audits, and service initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality care, providing supervision and staff development.

Communicates effectively with team members, demonstrating proficiency in medical records, digital healthcare systems, and drug calculations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing with an active DOH license
3-5 years' of experience post qualification in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
