Role Purpose

To provide professional nursing and diagnostic support to patients availing home service packages. The role primarily focuses on accurate sample collection, patient handling, and ensuring smooth coordination with the laboratory for timely and high-quality diagnostic service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sample Collection & Diagnostic Procedures

Perform venipuncture for blood sample collection with high accuracy. Conduct capillary sampling (finger prick) when required. Collect additional diagnostic samples as per protocol. Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and safe packaging of samples. Maintain sample integrity during storage and handover to courier/logistics team. Use proper infection control and safety techniques during procedures.

2. Home Service Delivery

Visit patients' homes based on scheduled appointments. Provide a professional, empathetic, and comfortable experience to patients and caregivers. Explain tests, procedures, preparation instructions, and after-care guidelines. Assist with basic nursing tasks such as vital signs monitoring when required.

3. Documentation & Compliance

Record all patient details, sample information, and service logs accurately. Follow DHA and internal diagnostic compliance guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

DHA license / Eligibility letter (mandatory). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 2-3 years of experience in diagnostics, phlebotomy, homecare, or hospital sample collection. Strong venipuncture skills and familiarity with diagnostic procedures. Good communication skills and customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage home visit schedules. UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Working Hours

As per home service schedule; flexibility required.
