Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Handle medical equipment safely and ensure its proper use.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
Valid DOH license (or eligibility).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (in outpatient medical center preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
