Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Diplomas not accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital setting post nursing registration
- Master's degree (required for all Nursing Manager positions)
- Postgraduate qualification in relevant specialty (required for all Clinical Resource Nurse and Nurse Educator positions)

- Tax-free salary will be based on the specialty and years of experience
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Annual leave: 30 calendar days per year plus public holidays
- Onboarding flight from home country for the employee
- 30 days accommodation on arrival for the employee

- Support with licensing and visa processes

- End of service bonus as per the UAE labour law
