Job Summary

Rosmetic Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled

Registered Nurse or Registered Assistant Nurse

with aesthetic experience to join our team and assist our doctors in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 1 year of experience

in an aesthetic or cosmetic setting, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and familiarity with aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care

: Assist in the delivery of aesthetic treatments and procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all patients.

Pre- and Post-Operative Care

: Prepare patients for procedures, providing information and reassurance; monitor patients during and after treatments, addressing any concerns or complications.

Collaboration with Medical Team

: Work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality care and optimal outcomes for patients; assist during procedures as necessary.

Safety and Infection Control

: Maintain a clean and safe environment by following all safety and infection control protocols; ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Product Knowledge

: Stay informed about the latest aesthetic products and techniques; educate patients on treatment options and aftercare instructions.

Documentation

: Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with clinic standards.

Patient Education

: Provide clear guidance to patients regarding treatment options, potential risks, and aftercare procedures; address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Team Support

: Assist in training and supporting junior staff or new nurses, promoting a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution; current nursing license in the UAE is mandatory.

Experience

: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on aesthetics or cosmetic procedures; prior experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic is preferred.

Knowledge of Aesthetics

: Familiarity with aesthetic procedures, treatments, and products, along with an understanding of safety procedures and best practices in this field.

Skills

: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care; ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Attention to Detail

: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high standards in patient care and documentation.
