Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards
Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
Maintain accurate and timely nursing and patient records using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid or life support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care
