. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with UAE health regulations and international standards. You must be DOH (HAAD) licensed or eligible for licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols and best practices
Monitor, assess, and record patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies
Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
from a recognized institution
Valid
DOH/HAAD license
or eligibility to obtain one in Abu Dhabi
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
(post-licensure preferred)
BLS/ACLS certifications (Preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
Preferred Skills:
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
