HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

MALE REGISTERED NURSE FOR 6 - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

(Own Visa Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking

Male

Registered Nurse

with a

DOH license

for an

immediate start

to provide medical care and support on a construction site.

They report to the Nursing Supervisor for any changes in the patient's physical condition, behavior or appearance.

Main Responsibilities:

Initiates preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures, as appropriate for the patient's care and safety, while ensuring compliance with the Department of Health's scope and standards of nursing practice, without infringing on the patient's rights. These procedures include, but are not limited to
- Provide immediate medical attention to injured workers, including first aid for cuts, burns, fractures, falls, and other injuries.

- Assessment of patient's condition, vital signs assessment. (pulse, breathing, temperature, pressure).

- Assessment for oxygen therapy requirements

- Wound care

-Collaborate with the Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health standards and site-specific safety protocols.

Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment on-site, ensuring that the medical room or first aid station is always fully stocked.

- Continence assessment and management

- Conduct routine health checks and monitor workers for signs of fatigue, heat-related illnesses, or other medical conditions that may arise on-site.

Education, Experience and License:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent DOH License Holder Basic Life Support Certificate At least 2 years of experience Own Visa Preferred

Interpersonal Skills Excellent Listening and Communication Skills Good time management and organisation Skills Physically fit for manual labour English Language Skills Arabic Language Skills (Preferred)
