Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during consultations, procedures, and treatments.
Perform pre- and post-procedure patient assessments and care.
Administer
IV therapy
(vitamin infusions, hydration, detox, etc.) safely according to medical protocols.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials required for dermatologic and cosmetic procedures.
Handle laser and aesthetic devices under supervision (if trained and certified).
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, treatment notes, and progress in the medical records system.
Follow proper infection control and sterilization protocols at all times.
Monitor patients during and after treatments, responding to adverse reactions if any.
Patient Care & Support
Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, skincare routines, and IV therapy benefits and risks.
Provide excellent patient communication and customer service to maintain clinic standards.
Handle patient inquiries professionally and confidentially.
Administrative & Compliance
Maintain accurate inventory of consumables, medicines, and IV supplies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
