Overview:

Registered Nurse provides safe, patient-centered, and holistic nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation patients, many of whom have complex medical needs. The role focuses on supporting patient recovery, maintaining quality of life, and promoting independence in alignment with Amana Healthcare's high standards of care. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring long-term and rehabilitation support.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Support ventilated, chronically ill, or disabled patients in daily living and rehabilitation activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social workers) to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery strategies.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support staff development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably recent 2 years' experience in long-term care, ICU, or rehabilitation.
