Required Home Care Nurse with License (DOH or DHA with eligibility)

Location:

AbuDhabi & Al-Ain

Qualification Required:

Nursing bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

Should be knowledgeable in care, nursing actions

Follows facility policies and procedures.

Can perform appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.

Able to perform therapeutic nursing interventions.

Able to documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention.

has initiative and assists in emergency resuscitative measures

Able to maintain confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff

Reports patient's condition to appropriate medical personnel during each shift.

Administers medications safely

Educates patients on health risk factors

Provides care for patients with acute and chronic physical health conditions

Implements general nursing care and comfort measures

Documents care and patient outcomes

Assesses plans and manages nursing interventions to optimize outcomes care for patients

Assists with vital signs triage and prepare patients to see the doctor

Check drugs and fluids for expiry dates and stocks levels

Follow up results to the physician as needed

. Patient and family teaching as required

Skills and Competencies required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing.

Able to work efficiently under pressure.

Tolerate frequent interruptions and accommodate readily to changing work priorities.

Excellent clinical nursing skills.

Promotes confidentiality and uses complete discretion when discussing information.

Ability to express self in the areas of communication verbal, written and non-verbal.

Works collaboratively with other staff members to provide continuous service to the organization.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
