Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Medical Center - Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Role:
Our medical center in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Staff Nurse who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality clinical services. The nurse will be part of a professional healthcare team, ensuring smooth day-to-day medical operations and excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and support to patients of all age groups
Prepare patients for medical procedures and assist doctors during consultations
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain clinical documentation
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as per physician's orders
Educate patients on aftercare, treatment plans, and preventive health practices
Maintain cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols
Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement of healthcare services
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid DOH (HAAD) license or eligibility is mandatory
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing
Fresh graduates with eligibility may also apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (depending on experience)
Other benefits as per UAE labor law
