Job Description
The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and supportive environment. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Monitor patient condition and assess needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
Document care and progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed.
