dedicated and compassionate Female Registered Nurse

with a

valid DHA license or eligibility letter

for a full-time

home-care position in Dubai

As a member of our professional home-care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of individuals by delivering hands-on nursing care and emotional support. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes, including monitoring vital signs, medication administration, wound care, IV management, and other clinical tasks. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, family members, and caregivers. Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, medication schedules, hygiene practices, and lifestyle changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with DHA and company standards. Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment during every home visit. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, respect, and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Valid DHA License

or

Eligibility Letter

(mandatory) Minimum

2 years of nursing experience

, preferably in a home-care or clinical setting Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and families Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
