We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurse with a valid DOH (Department of Health) license to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for patients in accordance with healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide direct patient care in various clinical settings (cardiology, ob gynae, mental health outpatient clinics).
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
Education and Support:
Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, conditions, and treatment plans.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, especially during critical or difficult times.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with all DOH and hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in all aspects of nursing care.
Document and maintain accurate patient records according to legal and institutional requirements.
Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to emergency situations as required.
Assist in resuscitation, first aid, or emergency medical procedures when needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Valid DOH (Department of Health) license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience in a specialized field (cardiology, ob gynae, mental health ) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
Language:
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Full-time position with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
