Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at All Point Healthcare Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of all patients.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. Assess patient conditions and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist with medical procedures and interventions as needed. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

:

Valid DOH License. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions. Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care. BLS certification required. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.
