JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a trustworthy and kind home care nurse to join our group.
The duties of the home care nurse include seeing patients, keeping an eye on their health, running tests, and producing reports for the doctor.
You ought to be able to allay the worries of the caregivers and modify the in-home care plan for the patients as necessary.
They should:

• Listen to patients and respond to their concerns
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patients Physician
• Provide palliative care as needed to keep the patient comfortable
• Performs evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review
• Monitors patient recovery and compile reports for the attending Physician
• Assess patient's condition during every visit and chart every observations
• Coordinate with Therapists/Physicians & anyone involved in the patients care plan
• Educate patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies and procedures
• Provide suggestions to the Physician or family members to improve the health of the patient

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years' experience from a Healthcare or Medical industry
• DHA / HAAD license or eligibility is a must
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions but also can act independently if necessary
• Active listening and comprehending skills
• Physically and mentally prepared
• Excellent communication skills
