Overview:

The Dietitian is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing nutritional and dietary care programs for patients in accordance with M42 and DOH/DHA standards. The role provides nutrition assessments, counseling, and education to patients and families to enhance overall health, recovery, and well-being. Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide education and counseling to patients and families on diet and nutrition management.
Monitor patients' nutritional progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Maintain accurate documentation of nutritional assessments and interventions.
Ensure compliance with JCI, DOH/DHA, and infection control standards. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics (Master's preferred).
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in dietetics or clinical nutrition; experience in a JCIA-accredited facility preferred.
Pediatric nutrition experience strongly preferred.
Enteral nutrition knowledge and experience essential, Parenteral nutrition experience preferred.
An understanding and knowledge of hospital catering.
