The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. The RN collaborates with physicians, allied health professionals, patients, and families to promote optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.
Monitor, document, and report patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
Adhere to infection prevention, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Respond promptly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as required.
Maintain precise and timely medical records and documentation.
Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
Mentor and support junior nurses and healthcare assistants.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid nursing license/registration in the country of practice.
Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience
in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (as required).
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
