Major Duties Builds effective customer and Command relationships through partnership and communication. Collaborates with peers and executive leadership in all corporate functions to optimize integration of efforts and maximize program effectiveness. Develops business and financial objectives based on organization strategies. Oversees ASSIGNED CONTINGENCY area sales goals by ensuring consistent policy and procedure compliance. Communicates corporate strategies to promote consistency of message and expectations throughout area of responsibility. Executes strategies that promote a positive customer experience in order to drive customer loyalty. Maximize revenue and profit through effective planning, development, and implementation of marketing plans for both short and long term sales growth. Fosters a culture where corporate citizenship translates into corporate social responsibility to actively ensure compliance with governing regulations, laws and highest ethical standards. Demonstrates the value of a highly diverse workforce. Performs other duties as assigned.
