Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Regional Visual Merchandiser to join the Middle East Marketing team. This position requires to be detail oriented and well organized, capable to handle multiple priorities and multi-tasking while respecting deadlines. Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Regional Visual Merchandiser, this role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Benefit’s unique and distinctive visual merchandising culture in the Middle East. He/she is responsible for managing all assortments for all channels of distribution and for ensuring all activities are completed timely and cost effectively. This role oversees all existing and new door openings in Middle East and Travel Retail, and coordinates all logistical timelines and details with retail and supplier partners. He/she is responsible for forecasting all visual merchandising elements for new and existing doors, and for managing and delivering against the visual merchandising budget for Middle East. This role will also provide directions to the Regional Commercial Team ensuring consistent execution and maintenance of visual expectations and directives.
Main responsibilities

• Merchandising updates

He/she will be the project manager of the self-service gondola (B launches), counters, travel retail, mini displays, brow bar and brows display merchandising updates.

• Travel Retail Opening Planograms

Working closely with the Marketing and Travel Retail teams, he/she will prepare planograms for all new Travel Retail counter openings in the Middle East

• Gondola delivery

Working closely with the Sephora and Faces accounts managers and with the Marketing Team, he/she will be responsible for all gondola delivery for openings, renovations, relocations and liaising with suppliers on installation dates, floor plans, etc.

• Maintenance on Local Market and Travel Retail

He/she will be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance requests from the commercial teams. He/she will be responsible of the forecast and spare parts orders for all countries based on their needs.

• Forecast Displays

Displays produced by San Francisco: he/she will analyse the offer and define the needs according to the stores and the budget hand in hand with the Supply Chain.

• Budget Opex

He/she will be responsible of the recommendations and follow-up on cost and alignment with Marketing budget.

• PO/Invoices

He/she will be responsible for all POs related to VM projects, and follow up with suppliers on quotations to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
