Set regional priorities and activities in line with business demands and global objectives and key results (OKR\xe2\x80\x99s).
Create strategically important frameworks and concepts to be rolled out in Region MEA
Align and ensure the implementation of (OKRs) across all areas of responsibility.
Empower and ensure that MEA P&O counterparts have access and tools and are skilled to use and apply Employer of choice products to practice.
Assume accountability that Employer of Choice solutions are delivered and implemented efficiently and effectively.
Make an impact for the People & Organization function by improving efficiency and digitizing processes in the topic areas of Employer of Choice
Be empowered to initiate, create and drive solutions that have an impact on the attractiveness of Schenker as an employer across MEA
Be part of a truly global team
Requirements
7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Talent Management (incl. Talent Development, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Talent Programs and Diagnostics) as well as some experience in recruitment, employer branding and onboarding.
Operational and strategic experience within P&O in an international context.
Project management skills
P&O business partner experience would be a great advantage
Proven leadership skills, ideally in a highly diverse, transformative environment
Proven experience in co-creating solutions and collaborating alongside people from different backgrounds with different perspectives and different strengths to leverage
Tackling complex and new Talent Development and Talent Acquisition challenges to find common solutions for a variety of countries
Proven ability to take sound and timely decisions in a complex, demanding environment
