The Role Following the BeaconMedaes regional growth strategy, this position shall provide aftermarket technical support and pre-sales technical support to our distributors and direct customers under the Middle East region with products and solutions from BeaconMedaes Medical Gas Solutions, reporting to the Regional Business Line Manager. Job description The candidate shall be responsible for the aftermarket technical support & application competence while maintaining and accelerating the growth ambitions through improved customer experience of BeaconMedaes range of products in the region consisting of the GCC, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen. He /She shall contribute to ensuring that divisional profitability is grown in line with targets as well.
The mission of the Technical Operations Manager - BeaconMedaes will be to:
Instill a high level of confidence among customers and end-users with regard to the BeaconMedaes brand, its products, services and solutions by demonstrating local competence
Organizing effective & periodic training programs for our Distributors, direct Customer Centers & End Users
Travel for on-site trainings of distributor and end user personnel, provide technical assistance, introduction to local providers etc. within the Middle East area of coverage
Contribute to help the team to achieve the Global MGS targets assigned by the Division.
To ensure all our direct people and those of our partners are working in a safe, predictable manner ensuring suitability at a high level
Promote the BeaconMedaes core values and motto, "Life is in the Details".
Technical, Service & Operations Support
Manage local warranty program in a fair and predictable way to ensure customer satisfaction
Troubleshooting and fault rectification Expert / Remote Support on MGS products for End Users and Distributor Engineers
Technical support for Distributors during Breakdowns – Remote & On-site (as necessary)
Project handover BeaconMedaes representative
Project Management guidance for distributors
Institute & monitor a high-quality process for the delivering and retrieving of technical information from/ to the field
Address and report on local technical problems to the concerned product company or local supplier
Timely Resolution and reporting of technical problem on the products from the MGS Division
Implementing ECBs with the prescribed timeframe
Pre-Sales & Sales Support
Expertise on MGPS Design as per HTM / NFPA / requisite standards
Validate designs developed by the Distributor
Optimizing BoQs & value Engineering Solutions
Monitor NPS scores and direct solutions for improvement
Develop local processes and procedures to improve our customer offering and products, from the standpoint of quality, predictable, accountability and sustainability.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the Factory and BLM

Experience requirements
Proven applicable direct experience with the Medical Gas Pipeline Industry
Experience in Installation and Troubleshooting of Medical Gas Installations and Equipment
Good knowledge of Various Medical Gas Pipeline Standards
- MGPS- HTM AP Certification
NFPA Inspector Certification is an advantage
Familiarity with Auto CAD and ability to read and modify MGPS CAD Drawings
Knowledge and experience of the medical segment specifications / standards is a plus for this position; if there is no or limited experience there should be a strong passion for medical applications.
University degree/diploma in Engineering
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Arabic is a plus
