Develop and execute a regional specification driven sales strategy to grow market share in switchgear and related electrical power distribution and industrial control products Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, specifiers and influencers in the electrical design community Actively track and infuence early stage construction projects to ensure our switchgear is included in the project vendor list Provide technical presentations, lunch and learn sessions, design support to engineering firms and design build contractors Collaborate with internal application engineers and product managers to support the specifier community with drawings, technical data and bid documentation Work closely with the commercial sales team, channel partners and project managers to convert specifications into orders Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to drive strategy and positioning Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the management Mentor and drive country specification teams Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience in similar job function 10 to 15 years of experience in the similar field In depth knowledge of electrical power management and industrial control products and solutions Strong experience with LV & MV Switchgears Building strong relationships, Business planning, Strategic thinking & Leadership attributes Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
