Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our software business operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. The RSM will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and positioning our enterprise software solutions as a trusted choice for digital transformation in key industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, and Government. This role demands a proven track record in enterprise B2B software sales, strong leadership, and deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.

Reporting Line



The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the VP Middle East & Chief Digital Transformation Officer and will work closely with regional delivery, pre-sales, and product management teams.

Preferred base location:

Doha (preferred)

or Dubai or KSA as alternatives - flexibility offered based on candidate profile and business needs.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed software and services revenue targets (software solutions, SaaS, licensing, digital transformation). Identify and secure new enterprise clients while nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts and CXO-level stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle -- from prospecting, RFPs, proposals, and negotiations to deal closure. Ensure timely

revenue collection and follow-up

with existing accounts while driving

upselling and cross-selling opportunities

. Drive and expand the partner ecosystem by establishing relationships with system integrators, VARs, and channel partners across GCC. Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements (e.g., public tenders, data residency norms, SaaS/cloud compliance). Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment. Represent the company at regional trade events, summits, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline insights, and market intelligence to senior management.

Travel Requirements



Travel is required across GCC as and when necessary for client meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 8-12 years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5+ years in a regional leadership capacity within GCC. Proven success in selling SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise solutions to large/mid-sized clients. Deep understanding of GCC market regulations, tendering processes, and enterprise procurement frameworks. Established network of enterprise clients and partners in key markets (especially KSA, Qatar, and UAE). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong soft skills - resilience, adaptability, cross-cultural negotiation, and leadership under pressure.

Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Must hold a valid GCC residency and driving license.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets. Market expansion metrics - new account acquisitions, territory penetration, and strategic account growth. Growth of partner ecosystem and regional alliances. Brand visibility and participation in industry events, thought leadership engagements, and client references. Customer satisfaction and retention, including upsell and cross-sell performance. Team development and leadership contribution to future GCC/MEA expansion initiatives.

Attractive base salary with a transparent On-Target Earnings (OTE) model. Commission-based incentives tied to revenue achievement, new logo acquisition, and partner-led sales.
