Job Responsibilities
Sales Management: Identify potential customers?establish and maintain customer relationships.
Sales Target: Be fully responsible for annual and quarterly sales targets, develop detailed action plans and oversee their execution.
Market: Collect market prices and trends ,provide accurate purchasing and sales recommendations.
Team Leader: Recruit, train and manage the sales team, motivating team members to achieve individual and overall goals.
Risk Management: Strictly control credit, logistics and payment risks in B2B transactions to ensure security.
Process Optimization: Establish efficient sales workflows, customer relationship management (CRM)systems and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
and Requirements
Understanding Dubai culture and business, more than 3 years of working experiences in Dubai.
Fluent in English ,Arabic and Chinese.
Excellent in business negotiation skills, cross-culture communication ability and goal-oriented leadership.
Have strong drive and desire to achieve sales targets.
More than 5 years of B2B sales and team management experiences.
With experiences in second-hand mobile phone supply chain, wholesales are preferred.
