About the role: As a Regional Sales Manager you will be Committed to providing World Class Service to Customers through her/his exceptional commitment and self-managed, pro-active sales focus for the assigned new development in new region(s). Develop and deliver customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long- term sales goals in line with the sales and marketing department’s strategy with in new markets set out. Responsible for executing all sales and marketing activities assigned to him/her to reach both financial and quality targets. Additional responsibilities:
  • Research for new market opportunities.
  • Map out potential customers and competitors.
  • Benchmark market offers with in the new regions.
  • Prepare customers profiles
  • Gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects business problems
  • Tailor the QE product exclusively to the personal customer needs
  • Effectively sell the Executive Jets product to customers
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within their assigned territory
  • Prepare professional commercial offers, contracts and presentations
  • Researching and purchasing of target advertising in all media for niche markets
  • Coordinate marketing publications for print, internet, traditional papers and magazines as well as television and radio.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing structures and payment options.
  • Provide monthly commercial reports to management on competitive environment and overall sales and marketing activities executions within the development of the new regions.
  • Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, needs and complaints, primarily on the telephone, but also by other electronic access channels, to ensure that the customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact, unless specialist knowledge or further investigation is required.
  • Follow up in cooperation with finance to collect the payment from clients.
  • To judge and take decisions within established procedures for each serve request accordingly to the agreed KPI’s, Service Level Agreements and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee electronic and written databases of letters and forms received, information given, services requested and complaints made, to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers
  • Encourage feedback on services provided and recognize the changing needs of the service, and make recommendations to the management for improvements to ensure continued growth in the region.
  • To recognize, file and alert the Sales Manager of trends in customer calls within the region.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Prepare and execute assigned commercial visits.
  • Execute sales activities according to the regional marketing plan.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications About you: Qualifications: Essential An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Experienced in high and luxury goods sales is preferable.
  • Business aviation background is necessary.
  • Customer service experience is required
