Position: Regional Sales Manager - Africa (Renewables & LED Solutions)

Location: Dubai - extensive travel across Africa

Department: International Sales

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Africa to drive our growth in the African market by expanding partnerships, developing distribution networks, and delivering value-driven solutions in LED and solar categories.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned African markets. Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and key accounts within the lighting and solar segments. Build long-term relationships with clients, government agencies, and channel partners to increase brand presence. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns suited for regional markets. Conduct regular market research to assess competitor activities, pricing, and product trends. Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report key metrics to management. Provide training and product support to partners and sales teams to enhance technical understanding and sales performance. Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions representing V-TAC across Africa. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or distribution within the lighting, solar, or electrical industry. Strong network of distributors or key accounts across the African region. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of African market dynamics, import/export procedures, and local business cultures. Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Portuguese is an added advantage.
