Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager - (UAE) (Arabic Speaking) will oversee sales operations in the UAE, focusing on increasing market share and meeting sales objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the garment and textile industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the United Arab Emirates. Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve high performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Stay on top of industry trends, and offer innovative suggestions to continuously improve our offering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, Manufacturing and customer service to ensure alignment on objectives. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development for sales staff. Entrepreneurial spirit with a "founder mentality" - willing to get hands-on and drive results.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the garment and textile industry. Existing network of clients, service providers and factories. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Willingness to travel within the northern region as required. Experience in the apparel industry is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Fluent in Arabic (required) and professional English proficiency Proven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and business development. Strong operations management experience, including process design, logistics, and service optimization. Experience designing and managing sales incentive structures and operational KPIs
