Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing B2B services platform serving enterprise and government clients across the GCC. The business is scaling its regional sales presence and commercial structure.
The Role
The Regional Sales Director will lead enterprise sales across the UAE and neighbouring markets. This role will define sales strategy, manage senior sales teams, and drive pipeline development. A key responsibility will be building key account relationships and long-term contracts. The Director will also support pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and CRM discipline. The role will work closely with marketing and product teams to support growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have senior B2B sales leadership experience within services, platforms, or technology-driven businesses. Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial ownership, leadership capability, and strong negotiation skills.
