Overview:
Limited project execution/delivery responsibility (unless for specific cases of complex projects). Act as a thought partner for clients as they develop their strategic vision. Guide project teams to deliver maximum insights & impact. Contribute to future revenue stream by leading business development efforts (carries a significant portion of the PAs revenue targets). Strong involvement in developing F&S\xe2\x80\x99s culture, skills and internal processes. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales organization to develop effective "issue based" account strategies related to target accounts in the Practice Area
Retain & grow clients, keeping clients in each step of the growth pipeline cycle
Build and maintain Frost\'s knowledge base with content to facilitate business development, fulfillment and employee development activities within the Practice Area
Deliver on consulting and services engagements achieving high levels of clients satisfaction and value, resulting in repeat business
Optimize the utilization and productivity of the consulting personnel within the Practice Area in coordination with Global Leader
Attract, develop & retain the best consulting talent into Practice Area, in coordination with Global Leader
Create &execute on the consulting and services strategy for the Practice Area
Develop and drive consulting best practices across the Practice Area end to end (lead management \xc3\xa8 Post project client care)
Conduct ongoing resource planning to optimize utilization and work with the research group, in coordination with Global Leader
Recruit, develop and retain the right experts and personnel to execute on the strategy, in coordination with Global Leader
Execute best practices in the Practice Area for business development
Collaborate with sales developing and implementing global account strategies and growing account revenues
