Volanteus is delighted to offer this new role, the first position to be appointed as part of our Middle Eastern expansion.

Working under our new Subsidiary Volanteus Aviation Trading Brokerage L.L.C, you will be responsible for the setup, creation, and management of our new Middle East office in Dubai. You will be an experienced Aircraft Charter broker of at least 5 years of which you will have spent at least 2 years working in the Middle Eastern market.

As with all the senior leaders withing Volanteus, the role is split between management of the Middle East operations as well as continuing to carry out broker duties developing a pipeline of new business while managing existing client relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibilities & Duties:

Collaborating with the Director of Private Jets to set up our Middle eastern operations and office within Dubai. Build and strengthen our Middle Eastern client portfolio, enhancing the company's exposure across the Middle East. Contribute to business development, revenue, and strategic growth priorities through active engagement with current/future clients. Manage Charter bookings from enquiry to completion. Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold/warm calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, airline partners, and suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Connecting and collaborating with aligned teams and colleagues in Europe and the USA. Identifying and analysing key trends that will impact the Middle East Market. Develop and oversee the set up the Dubai office from contract negotiations to employment and management of a broker team. Ensured all Middle East KPI targets are achieved. Team player, supporting all functions of the business when needed.

Candidate Skills:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a private aircraft charter broker (essential), with ideally 2 years focus on the Middle East. Strong network of clients, operators, and industry contacts Strong passion for aviation and delivering premium client experiences. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously. Composed and optimistic under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset. Determined, persistent, and results-driven, especially in high-stakes scenarios. Willing and able to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and business needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams. Open to feedback and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Additional language skills are an advantage, though not essential. Ideally based in Dubai
