The Etihad Digital Sales team establishes the Overall Digital Sales budget and digital channel share targets, establishes and controls Market Digital Sales targets. It drives Global and Local Campaign planning as well guarantees digital channel price competitiveness.
We are looking for a highly driven, focused Digital Sales leader to be based in London, UK to manage our West regions performance and capabilities. You will form part of the core management team, working with remote peers (across our East and Central regions) reporting to our Global Digital Sales leader who is based in our Headquarters in Abu Dhabi. Together you will be responsible for driving revenues maximization and pushing digital channels to full potential and maximizing total basket value.
The position requires a thought leader to drive revenue targets to achieve Etihad digital sales channel share strategy, in a high-performance environment, and a culture committed to revenue growth.
Accountabilities
Define and control targets for digital sales, on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual budget cycle
Define and control market contribution and opportunities on Digital Sales vs budget and market size and potential
Benchmark and response on competitors\' actions, campaigns and positioning
Definition, Execution and control on Global Campaign planning
Definition, Execution and control on Local Campaign planning
Delivering annual channel forecasts
Establish with Ancillary and Loyalty teams targets on digital platforms
Identifying & delivering new market opportunities and innovative solutions
Education & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of related work experience
Strategic experience in a fast paced digital sales environment
Previous airline experience in managing a team and regional digital market sales
Airline experience in a comparable role where you are setting up Global and local digital campaign plans, coordinating across West region markets (Europe and North America)
Preferred knowledge or evidenced interest in digital environment.
Good digital sales analytical and data exploration/exploitation capabilities
Effective planning, organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and influencing skills.
