Job Description

Our client is a Global Integrated Logistics market leader & they seek an experienced Regional Manager Contract Logistics (CL) to lead their regional growth in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall contract logistics strategy in alignment with the company\'s objectives and client requirements.
Lead and manage a high-performing team responsible for contract logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
Manage customer, contract oversight, site performance evaluation, continuous improvement, asset optimization, and investment assessment to meet financial goals
Monitor profitable growth and expansion of business footprint through executing Contract Logistics strategy, including business development, customer acquisition, local implementation, growth targets, product mix, cross-vertical collaboration, tender handling, and alignment with the region\'s Center of Excellence (CEN)
Manage P&L, GP, EBIT, cost-to-serve, investment in CLs, asset utilization, customer pipeline, combined KPIs, and regional CL strategy execution
Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE programs and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
Monitor the WnD product can meet future growth requirements and achieves sustainable business results

Experiences:
Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Logistics Management, Contract Management, or related roles within the Logistics Industry.
Strong knowledge of Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Warehousing, and Distribution Processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid command of Logistics Management Software, ERP systems, and relevant tools.
