We are seeking a dynamic Regional Leader for the MED - Textiles to spearhead operations in Morocco, focusing on delivering excellence, maximizing profitability, and nurturing team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Leadership: Take full P&L ownership to meet or exceed contribution targets. Enhance profitability by implementing cost control measures and driving structural changes. Streamline production processes and initiate cost-saving strategies. Fortify middle management to ensure sustainable growth. Efficiency & Team Development: Maximize team efficiency across inspections and audits. Enhance planning and scheduling through proactive training and automation. Transform field operations from quality control to quality assurance and excellence standards. Initiate learning and qualification programs for inspectors and auditors. Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance: Maintain a claims ratio below 0.2% to uphold customer satisfaction. Lead client onboarding through kick-off meetings and SOP validation. Foster continuous improvement in field and back-office deliverables. Technical Expertise & Innovation: Build a team of expert auditors aligned with strategic sales and lab goals. Develop new solutions to address customer challenges in sourcing and compliance. Collaborate with technical leads to enhance customer-centric operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a pivotal regional operation in quality assurance, focusing on scaling capabilities, improving performance, and enhancing customer impact. Qualifications: Over 12 years of experience in the textile or manufacturing textile industry, with a management background. Proven leadership in quality inspection or operational roles within multinational environments. Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control, with a record of improving profitability. Expertise in inspection and audit operations and team development. Deep domain knowledge in softlines or related industries. Multicultural sensitivity and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Fluency in English is required; French fluency is highly desirable.
