Regional Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with global and regional objectives. This role involves coordinating communications department activities, supporting company culture-building initiatives, and ensuring internal awareness of external in-market campaigns.
The Internal Communications Specialist will develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with global and regional objectives. This role involves coordinating communications department activities, supporting company culture-building initiatives, and ensuring internal awareness of external in-market campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a medium level of experience and a passion for engaging and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies in line with global and regional objectives.
Coordinate activities within the communications department to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
Support company culture-building initiatives through targeted communication efforts.
Drive internal awareness and rollout of external in-market campaigns.
Manage and optimise internal communication channels.
Create and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, media, or any related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in internal communications is preferred.
Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
