The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager who is Arabic speaking professional, to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that support our business growth, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional HR strategies in alignment with business objectives. - Lead organization management and staffing, talent management, and succession planning across MENA countries. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR best practices and employee relations. - Manage performance appraisal processes and facilitate employee development programs. - Oversee compensation and benefits administration within the region. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. - Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices and policies. - Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform management decisions.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a regional managerial role within the MENA region. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in UAE in particular and across MENA countries. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border teams. - Proficiency in English; Arabic language is a Must - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
