You'll be our
go-to market leader
-- owning all sales development, local outreach, and partnership initiatives. You'll network strategically, promote the MTestHub brand, build relationships with HR and education leaders, and generate qualified demos that lead to revenue.
This is a
leadership-track role
for someone who loves building from the ground up, understands SaaS growth, and wants to share directly in the upside of success through revenue share and phantom equity.
What You'll Do
Lead all sales development
for MTestHub across the Middle East region.
Conduct outreach via
LinkedIn, calls, and email
to generate qualified demos and client interest.
Represent MTestHub locally
-- attend events, network with HR and education leaders, and build brand awareness through personal connections.
Master the MTestHub platform
-- understand how the recruiting and assessment workflows operate to confidently demonstrate value to prospects.
Engage with
recruiting agencies, in-house HR teams, universities, and certification providers
, showing how MTestHub saves time and improves decision quality.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO
to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and regional partnerships.
Provide market insights
and help localize messaging and feature needs for the UAE market.
Build and mentor a
future business development team
as regional traction grows.
Drive visibility through
strategic networking, partnerships, and press or event participation

Who You Are
Based in
Dubai (or nearby)
with an active professional network.
3-7 years of experience in
SaaS business development, partnerships, or growth
.
Strong understanding of -- or ability to quickly learn --
recruiting, assessment, or HRTech software
.
Quick learner
able to grasp software functionality and clearly articulate product value.
Entrepreneurial, confident, and highly self-motivated -- thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments.
Skilled in
B2B relationship-building, outbound outreach, and strategic selling
.
Excellent communicator who can represent the brand professionally across the region.
Excited to lead an initiative, not follow one -- you take ownership and drive outcomes.
