Purpose and Responsibilities:
The position is a key member of the MEIAT Regional FP&A team and supports the commercial and financial strategic direction of the region.
Due to our ongoing digital transformation, this balanced dual role provides direct FP&A support to selected Specialist Watchmaker Maisons (SWM) and will lead the development and implementation of FP&A related digital solutions across the region.
The position reports to the Regional FP&A Director and acts as a key partner to multiple stakeholders across our business including Regional and Market Management teams, Regional IT and BI teams and Brand Headquarter Finance teams based in Europe.
FP&A responsibilities:

• Lead Maison financial planning processes (forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning) across the region and deliver insightful analysis to drive growth and cost management
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Prepare and review capital investment proposals for retail and wholesale channel development
• Oversee monthly actuals closing, ensuring adherence to Group deadlines, international standards, and internal controls

Digital Solutions responsibilities:

• Become the point of contact for data analytic subjects within the FP&A team and across functions
• Coordinate and drive the development analytical dashboards, financial models and scenario analyses
• Support data governance principles to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability
• Lead a digital FP&A community across our markets to drive improvements, address gaps and identify training needs
• Support our transition to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the utilization of Looker
• Coordinate and drive the development of analytical dashboards, financial models and scenario analyses.

Role Specifications:
Required Experience:

• BA/BSc degree Finance/Accounting or Business; CPA or MBA (or equivalent) preferred
• 5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, preferably luxury retail
• Strong base knowledge of accounting standards, financial and operating principles
• Proven history of managing complex structures with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management and with cross functional teams
• Technical capabilities in handling complex high-volume data and data modelling

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient use of SAP (FI/CO and SEM) and planning platforms, preferably Anaplan
• Adept use of data visualization tools and techniques (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Looker)
• Specific experience of GCP: BigQuery and Looker considered highly beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence
• Strong team mindset and project management skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
