REGIONAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER mea

The Regional Field Service Engineer (RFSE) MEA is highly skilled on the AliveDx systems and ensure 1st Level and 2nd level support to customers and distributors. The RFSE conducts AliveDx system on site commissioning, operational qualification and distributor training.

Your role and responsibilities

Working on customer autoimmunity and allergy applications on AliveDx systems; Involvement in demonstrations and training; Installation support, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of products; Participating in technical/business reviews as required; Serve as the AliveDx liaison and expert on technical matters with customer and/or distributor.

What we are looking for

Minimum of 5 years' work experience as Sr Field Service Engineer or Sr Technical Support Engineer in the IVD/IVDR; High degree of technical competence & confidence; Effective customer consultative skills which includes, exceptional customer engagement, a positive attitude, helpful customer interaction, and maintenance of ongoing customer relationships; Exceptional analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting; Customer focused; sense of urgency and adaptive to change; Very strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills; Dynamic, self-motivated and driven; independent and proactive; Fluent in English and Arabic.
