The Regional Communication Manager plays a strategic role in positioning IKEA as a leader in Life at Home across multiple markets by driving impactful store communication, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling. This role ensures that IKEA's global brand identity is protected and consistently expressed across all customer touchpoints while being locally relevant. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional communication and visual merchandising strategies aligned with IKEA global brand guidelines
  • Lead store communication design to strengthen IKEA's Life at Home positioning across all markets
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality visual identity across stores, customer touchpoints, and commercial areas
  • Translate global communication solutions into relevant regional and local executions
  • Collaborate closely with Service Office Marketing, Digital teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market insights to adapt communication strategies effectively
  • Drive visual storytelling that supports commercial priorities, range presentation, and customer inspiration
  • Safeguard IKEA brand identity while enabling flexibility for regional market needs
  • Support stores in executing communication tools, layouts, and visual standards
  • Monitor performance of communication initiatives and continuously improve effectiveness
