About the Role:

If you have a great eye for details and enjoy budget forecasting, this role can interest you. As a Regional Commercial Controller, your main focus will be to prepare Budget and Forecast scenarios, supporting Commercial teams in defining targets and meeting Group requests. You will take care also of the maintenance of all the internal simulations and reporting systems. In addition, you will run the monthly analysis on A&P and Trade Spend GAPs, as well as other monthly reporting activities. You will be providing appraisal on gaps between target versus results and identify adjustment actions. As part of your role, you will need to analyze and suggest proposals for improvement of growth & profitability and take part into monthly closing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include Budgeting and Forecasting, Closure activities, Performance Analysis, Business Decision Support & Internal Control.

As part of the budgeting and forecasting, you will support the Regional Controlling Team and the Commercial Teams in the definition of the Budget and Forecast, in line with the objectives and guidelines & in compliance with the functional criteria, methodologies and tools. You will support in the discussion with local business units and functions, translating the strategic targets into operative, achievable targets.

This role will require you to provide economic and financial projections, and by managing and reviewing the information received from local and central teams.

During Closure, you will perform FI-COPA monthly closing in SAP, with reconciliation and reclassification activities, as required. In addition to GR and accruals monitoring at monthly closures, ensuring correct cost recognition. Also, it will be required to maintain price structures, discounts, and standard cost of SKUs.

As part of the performance analysis, you will prepare monthly the functional reporting and analyses gaps between forecasts and actuals. You will initiate adjustment actions, investigating the causes with the relevant functions and countries and providing the necessary KPIs.

In addition, you will play a trusted advisor role to the business to develop models, scenarios, and economic appraisals for new initiatives. You will support the Commercial and Marketing functions in the optimization of trade spend and advertising and promotion expenditures, applying cross-country comparative analyses (SKU and Gross Margin analyses).

As part of the finance team, you will be ensuring compliance with Ferrero internal control framework and group policies.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an incumbent with strong business acumen, financial knowledge, brilliant stakeholder management ability and at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

You should have a bachelor\'s a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field. It would be considered a plus if you have a recognized professional qualification from a professional institution, such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

On the technical side, you should be tech-savvy, as we require SAP knowledge, Strong Microsoft Excel, and Power Point skills.

You must have good communication & presentation skills, in addition to fluency in English language.
