has partnered with a leading company who are hiring a Regional Brand Manager to be based in Dubai.
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across the Middle East.
• Drive sales and brand by delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels such as retail, medical, e-commerce and etc.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify insights and opportunities that guide brand strategy and innovation.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Oversee marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry. Preferably with experience in OTC / Consumer Healthcare products.
• Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
