SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In the role of Regional Brand Manager for MEIA Region - we are looking for someone who will be responsible in the region for assigned brand, product or solutions portfolio by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation, leading to achieve profitable growth and materializing innovations solving customer needs in accordance with segment and category strategies/budget.
This position is based in Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 UAE and reports to the Regional Category Manager (Decorative Exterior) \xe2\x80\x93 Middle East India & Africa.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement the region\xe2\x80\x99s short-term and long-term marketing activities and creative campaigns for the assigned products to achieve the key performance indicators in terms of innovation growth, brand development, brand profitability, and financial targets.
- Ensure that the positioning of assigned products in the region is in line with Regional and Corporate guidelines by following up on brand strategies and positioning to drive the profitable growth of the assigned products.
- Developing meaningful insights through understanding the need of different stakeholders and marketing research activities
- Identify relevant new opportunities and concepts within the brand strategy by initiating new ideas for the assigned products to drive profitable growth.
- Support cross-functional innovation project teams in the region by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities to ensure that the project achieves desired results within the agreed schedule. Operate within the agreed expenditure set by Jotun\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy.

- 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing, Innovation or any related role.
- Category, Brand and Product Management and Innovation experience is essential for the role.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or any related field
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Project Management experience is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills
