The Service Delivery Manager manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

The role will be responsible for:

Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.

Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).

Overseeing FES projects in the region, and supports sales efforts on FES focussed pursuits.

Holding AMO responsibility for the region, ensuring FES equipment, lab equipment and LMP equipment is handled within AMO processes

Supporting region efforts on identifying localized and lower cost suppliers.

Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.

Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed. Overseei the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plan

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's Degree

Have atleast 10 years experience with drilling waste management and solids control equipment

Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills

Have the knowledge to cover MENAT / APAC business operations.

Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders

Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
