Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatology Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist dermatologists in providing high-quality care for patients with various skin conditions, cosmetic concerns, and dermatological procedures. The nurse will play a key role in patient education, clinical support, and maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dermatologists during clinical examinations and dermatological procedures. Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care, including wound care and dressing. Educate patients on skin health, treatment plans, and post-care instructions. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and therapies as directed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Perform skin assessments and document findings. Ensure all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
Requirements:
Nursing degree/diploma with valid license (RN or equivalent). Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of dermatological procedures, skincare, and treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team environment.
