• You are accountable for the co-ordination and prioritisation of all repairs, refurbishments and maintenance delivered by partners and vendors to meet agreed profiles/quantities, customer priorities as required by the MENA Op Co.
• You are accountable to ensure that all repairs and refurbishments are carried out to the highest quality standards.
• It is essential that you ensure that all partner and vendor resources are fully trained and competent within their roles. This will be formally verified at least on an annual basis.
• Annually review quality and work procedures and ensure that VOC\xe2\x80\x99s are aligned with key points within procedures.
• You are required to actively participate in site Health & Safety inspections of contractor sites as well as ensure agreed actions are completed.

• Promote and practice safe working at all times through engagement with the partners and encouraging early reporting of \xe2\x80\x9cNear Misses\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Primarily this is coordination role with directing and monitoring activities to meet agreed

timescales for units being despatched to the client or made available being a key performance criteria.
Ensure weekly delivery of agreed refurbishment and maintenance reports from all partnersand vendors.

• Carry out bi-annual audits of partners and vendors.
• Liaise with Group Operations and Supply Chain functions to ensure transfer delivery datesand equipment condition reports are received and distributed as required.
• Any other reasonably practical requests.
• Develop and use management reports to aid timely decision making.
• Control cost of overtime and temporary labour within budgeted levels.
• Actively participate/lead quality and efficiency projects or initiatives within partners.
• Investigate and correct issues highlighted through Customer Complaints and Internal Non-Conformance, updating and communicating effectively any changes.

Key Performance Measures

• Achieve budgeted refurbishment quantities each week.
• Cost of Labour within budgeted levels
• Achieve efficient time scales on project run through partners and vendors.
• Stock levels are maintained and counted.
• Monitor WIP levels on a monthly basis.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven track record of being in a Team Leader role. Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Proven track record of hands-on welding experience. 5 -10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Working knowledge on CCU repairs as per DNV2.7-1, DNV2.7-3, EN12079, ISO10855

standards.Computer Literacy

• Working knowledge of standards: DNV2.7-1, DNV2.7-3, EN12079, ISO10855 & LOLER
• UAE Driving license
• Able to travel to all GCC countries
