KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out timely maintenance to avoid costly equipment breakdowns.
Optimize the use of spare parts and materials to reduce wastage.
Identify energy-saving opportunities related to refrigeration systems.
Ensure all store and warehouse refrigeration units are operating at optimal temperature to preserve product quality.
Respond quickly to service calls from stores to minimize product loss or service disruption
Support smooth store operations by reducing downtime of refrigeration units.
Maintain hygiene and compliance standards in line with food safety requirements.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Diploma or ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred
3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment (freezers, chillers, cold rooms)
Preferably from the food & beverage, FMCG, or retail industry
Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical controls
Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory)
