- Mandatory Driving License
- Able to calculate heat load and machine selection for the cold rooms.
- Understanding of the Scope of Works
- Guiding the Draftsman for the drawing
- Handling - Contractors, consultants for drawing and material approval
- BOQ Preparation
- Preparation of Project schedule
- Preparation of weekly and monthly project report.
- Having a vision to forecast upcoming concerns on site
- Problem solving skills
- Ensuring project completes on timeline
- Preparation of Manuals etc at the end of project.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Refrigeration / HVAC: 3 years (Required)
- Driver License (Required)
