10 Years and above (three years of experience after API certification)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all refractory works including demolition, lining, gunning, casting, ramming, and curing.
Supervise refractory teams and contractors, ensuring work is performed as per project specifications and safety standards.
Review and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications related to refractory work.
Plan and schedule refractory activities to align with turnaround or project timelines.
Monitor material consumption and ensure availability of refractory materials and tools.
Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and job completion documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and permit processes.
